When Peter Igel told the children, "It's your turn" during holiday camp at the Lucy C. Laney Museum of Black History, faces lit up with excitement and the kids quickly sat up in their seats.

They weren't about to test out the newest toy or learn how to beat an opponent in a video game. Instead, they were there to learn about a hobby: stamp collecting.
